Chase #3 is divided by a central hall into 8 artist studios - 4 with 400 sqft renting for $200.00 per month, 4 with 300 sqft renting for $150.00 per month. The entire space has 22 feet high ceilings with clerestory windows on the side that has the 400 sqft spaces and 17 feet high ceilings without windows at the side with the 300 sqft spaces. The studios are separated by 8 ft high walls to allow natural light into each space. Each unit has its own locking door. The space is not climate-controlled, however a space heater is supplied to each unit for winter months--summer temperatures do not seem to be a problem. There is a provision in the lease for a $15.00 per month contribution to apply toward the cost of utilities, which can be increased prorated by square footage if there is unusually high utility usage.
